 RE:      NEW WEB ACCESS TO CONTRIBUTION AND RETIREMENT INFORMATION

 Dear Participant:

   The Fund’s web site has been enhanced to provide greater access to your Connecticut Carpenters Benefit Funds information.  The information available on the web site will be updated monthly and reflect the prior month’s information. 

 The types of information available to you include:

• Employer Contribution History – Your recent Connecticut Carpenters contribution history with the funds dating back to January 2003.  The web site will display the Connecticut employers you worked for, the Local jurisdiction (24, 43 or 210), the time periods worked and the hours paid into the fund on your behalf. This applies for hours worked for employers required to pay contributions weekly.
• Pension Plan Information – You will be able to view your entire retirement plan history including total pension and vesting credits and an estimate of your current retirement benefit amount.
• Annuity Plan Information – The annuity information will include the balance in your annuity account as of the last data update and a history of your contributions and investment earnings.

 To log into the site you will need your Member ID which can be found on your current Anthem Blue Cross Card.   If you do not have an Anthem card you will need to contact the fund office for your Member ID.  Your initial password, required to enter the site for the first time, is the last four digits of your Social Security Number and must be changed after your first visit to the web site.
