RE: ENHANCED EMAIL
Dear Participant & Employer
In an effort to enhance functionality and security, the Fund’s websites have been modified with a new email facility. The "Contact Us" links available in certain areas of the website will now bring you to your new Fund email account.
Prior to using your Fund email account, a simple registration process is required. o First, click on "Contact Us" to be brought to the login page for the new email website. The login page will ask for an email address and password. You will need to set these up by clicking on "For first time users, click here to create your account." o Second, enter your information. Enter your current existing email address. Then, choose a password and a reminder phrase. Note: Rules for creating a valid password are given on the registration page. o Third, look for a welcome email at your current existing email address to verify your Fund email account has been created successfully.
Once your account is created you can use your email address and password to login to your account. Follow the "Forgot your password?" or "Change your password" links if you need help with your password. There is also online help which provides more detail from creating your account to all the other aspects of your new Fund email account.
Things to keep in mind... - Your Fund email account can only be used for sending email to the Fund. - Replies, by the Fund, to your email may be sent to your Fund email account. However, in your regular inbox, you will receive notification that you have an email waiting for you in your account. - Email messages in your Fund email account expire in 21 days. If you wish to keep these emails longer, you have the ability to download these messages to your computer.
You may find it useful to print this page for reference as you start to acclimate yourself to the new email system.
